Who are the founders of Synergy Recruitment?
Meet Marie and Yasmin.
Marie: eternally positive and passionate; obsessed with Costa coffee (particularly partial to a Flat White); Supermum to two gorgeous boys!
Since 2001, Marie has worked for both multinational agencies and independent consultancies within the commercial and industrial sectors. During that time, she has always been a top performer, leading highly successful teams. She has brought about change within recruitment businesses, leading to a greater service delivery.
Yasmin: driven and intelligent; not to be spoken to before the first coffee of the day; owner of a gorgeous dog!
Yasmin recruited for a large agency in London. However, she quickly realised she preferred the green hills of Macclesfield to the big smoke and moved back home to work for an independent agency. There she went on to break records. Those records included the highest number of placements within a month and a 1.6 job to placement ratio. Therefore, you could say the chances she’ll fill a position are pretty high…
