You will support 3 Sales Advisors. Your role will involve Customer Service, helping to update customers on their enquiries. As well as that, you will input data to databases and make notes of any conversations that have taken place with customers. From there, you will arrange call-backs in the Sales Advisors diaries, so they are keeping in touch with the Customers. The role will also include sending and responding to emails and live chat enquiries.
