Orders Administrator

We are recruiting an Orders Administrator to join our client, based in Warrington.
You will be joining a down-to-earth and close-knit team of 5. They have a strong team spirit; everybody mucks in and helps each other out.
It’s a laidback environment with casual dress and they have a good laugh together – it’ll be perfect for you if you’re looking for a non-corporate place to call (work) home!
The training is very supportive, and all the processes are written down for you to follow so you’ll never feel like a fish out of water. This is a great opportunity to get into the world of purchasing without needing purchasing experience.
Details of the Orders Administrator role:
- £24,500 per annum
- 9AM – 5.30PM (Monday – Friday)
- Location: Warrington – own transport is essential due to the remote location
- Holidays: 25 days + bank holidays (birthday off after first year)

What will you be doing as the Orders Administrator?
- Placing orders with different suppliers.
- Entering new stock information.
- Checking supplier invoices against purchase orders and uploading to the system.
- Monitoring the order requests inbox.
- Speaking with suppliers if there are any issues.
What do you need in order to be considered for the Orders Administrator role?
- A minimum of 2 years of experience within administration.
- A good aptitude for numbers.
- Strong attention to detail.
