Company Information and Environment:
Based in a modern open plan office, this role involves a mixture of inbound calls and administration tasks, so it will definitely suit people who like variety in their work.
There’s plenty of banter in the office and the team quite often socialise outside of work hours, and the business organises various events/days out throughout the year!
Another big plus point is that the company believes in promoting people from within…all the supervisors and team leaders started their career as a customer service advisor, so there is the potential of future career opportunities.
Hours: 8am – 4:30pm or 9:30am – 6pm Mon-Fri, 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am – 1pm (paid at time and a half)
£16,500 basic salary with a potential monthly bonus of £100
