Our client are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to complete their small team. You will work alongside a down-to-earth Team Leader that genuinely cares about ensuring you succeed within the role. Your hard work will always be recognised – you will never be just a number in this company!
Within the role you will be given your own set of accounts to look after. You will take and process your customers’ orders; respond to any enquiries they may have and follow up to solve any problems with deliveries and returns.
Each day presents new challenges and there are always new things to learn, so you will never be bored! As you learn, there will be opportunities to take on additional responsibilities, meaning you will constantly be growing and developing.

You must have experience in customer service and order processing within a business to business environment. And you need to be IT literate including Microsoft Office – it is essential you have experience using Microsoft Outlook.
