Within the role of Customer Service Administrator, you will work as part of a team of 10. Your role will be varied and will involve working with ongoing accounts as well as new customers.
You will be processing orders, liaising with couriers, liaising with the internal buying team regarding stock levels, dealing with any delivery issues and handling general enquiries.
The business is going from strength to strength and they’re exceptionally busy (which is great in the middle of a pandemic!) so they can offer real job security.
To be the ideal candidate for the Customer Service Administrator position, you will need to have proven experience within an office-based customer service/ admin role. You will also need to have exceptional attention to detail.
