We’re recruiting a Credit Controller for a small, friendly company based on Tytherington Business Park. You will join a team of 2 Credit Controllers, making you the 3rd, as part of a wider team of 7.
The company believe in the importance of a work life balance – which you can see from the 35-hour week and the 25-day holiday entitlement! So, you would work in a supportive environment and can leave work at the door at 5PM. They are even flexible about where you work – they ask for a minimum of 2 days in the office in Tytherington, the rest, up to 3 days can be worked from the comfort of your own home, if you would like to! On the other hand, if you would prefer to be in the office full time, that’s absolutely fine too.
They have been established for over 10 years and have seen ongoing growth in that time, even thriving throughout the pandemic – which means a stable and secure role for you.
You will look after roughly 30 clients and will focus on the top 10 debtors within each client. Your role will be mainly via email but also over the phone, getting in touch with the debtors and following through the standard credit control process (which as a credit controller yourself, you’ll know all about!)
You will also communicate regularly with your clients and will provide daily reporting to them.
This is a busy role with a high volume of emails both outbound and inbound to deal with – so you’ll never be twiddling your thumbs!
