Your role will be busy (definitely no time for clock watching!), varied and fast paced. You will work as part of a small team of 4, who are all down to earth and friendly – they’re waiting for you to slot right in!
Due to continued growth (even during a worldwide pandemic), our client is looking for someone to work closely with the Sales team in Macclesfield, of which there are 4, and support the larger operations department who are based at the Head Office in Ireland.
You would be helping with the sales administration, which involves maintaining the CRM system, providing quotes, processing and raising orders on Sage 200. The work is very process driven and detailed, and there is a lot of it, so you must be ok with repetitive tasks that require concentration and accuracy.
Alongside the admin tasks, you will be given your own set of small accounts to nurture and develop…a real mixture of account management, customer service and sales administration.
Previous experience within sales administration, account management and/or customer service (office based). This is a busy role so you must be organised, adept at prioritising workloads and able to cope with pressure at times.
Nurturing and developing your own accounts require you to be comfortable picking up the phone to speak with existing clients…you can’t build those relationships via email alone.
A positive, enthusiastic, “can-do” attitude will fit in nicely with the rest of your colleagues.
