Our Northwich-based client is looking to recruit a Marketing Administrator.  No previous marketing experience is required, making it the perfect opportunity for someone looking to embark on their marketing career.

Details:

  • Salary: £26,000 – £28,000 DOE
  • Hours: 8:30am – 5pm Monday to Friday (1 in 3 Friday’s – earlier finish of 2pm)
  • Hybrid working – 3 days in the office (Tue – Thurs), 2 days WFH
  • 25 days + Bank Holidays
  • Discretionary bonus scheme
  • Free parking

 

Duties as the Marketing Administrator:

This is a brand-new role, where you’ll be supporting the Events Manager and Sales & Marketing Director.

Some of the key responsibilities will be:

  • Ensuring marketing leaflets and brochures are in stock, ordering as and when required.
  • Managing the business merchandise, placing orders, distributing to relevant parties.
  • Updating brochures and product information.
  • Contacting 3rd party distributors to obtain requirements for sales and marketing material.
  • Processing invoices.
  • Assisting the Events Manager in organising company events.
  • Attending company events (approx. 5 – 7 per year, you’ll be given time off in lieu).

 

Experience and skills required:

To be considered for the Marketing Administrator position, you must be a confident communicator, have a minimum of 2 years’ administration experience OR have a marketing-related degree.
