Details of the Customer Service Administrator role:

  • Salary: £12 per hour
  • Hours either 35 hours per week (8.30AM – 4PM with 30 min lunch) OR 30 hours per week (9AM – 4PM with 1 hr lunch), Mon-Fri
  • Free parking

Duties of the Customer Service Administrator:

  • You’ll be dealing with inbound calls and emails.
  • Processing and tracking your customers’ orders.
  • Responding to any customer enquiries and following up to solve problems with deliveries and returns.

Skills and Experience required for the Customer Service Administrator position:

  • Customer service experience.
  • A confident telephone manner.
  • Knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
  • GCSE grades A- C (4 – 9) in English and Maths.
